Sujok Therapy is a south Korean Therapy, invented by Prof. Park Jae woo. In Korean Language, ‘Su’ means Hand and ‘Jok’ means foot. Sujok therapy is an integrated healing therapy. In simple language, Hands and feet work as remote control of our body. Sensitive points of all organs and body parts are located on Hands and feet. We can treat any disorder by stimulating these points.

Plotting of our body on hand and feet is based on law of similarity and polarity. As compared to other reflexology and acupressure methods, the points are plotted on hands and feet according to body anotomy so, there is no need to mugging up location of points.
